The SafeBallot Story.
A Real Solution Built for the Future of Voting
What began as a bold idea for the USD Fowler Business Concept Challenge quickly evolved into something far greater: a real solution built for the future of voting. As the vision gained momentum, SafeBallot went on to compete in the Fowler Global Social Innovation Challenge and the University of San Diego Tech Challenge (article).
It may have started in an entrepreneurship competition entry, but soon became a movement proving that purpose-driven ideas, when nurtured, can scale beyond theory and into the market.

It’s About Showing Up for Communities & Investing in the Next Generation.
Voting doesn’t have to feel controversial or intimidating, it can be empowering, and yes, even fun.
At SafeBallot, civic engagement goes far beyond the ballot, it’s about showing up for communities and investing in the next generation.
From sponsoring a local basketball event to adopting a highway and committing to consistent community cleanups, we believe real impact happens through action. Our Youth Leadership Grant, with Encanto Elementary as the first recipient, reflects our heart for future leaders. We are here to empower young minds because SafeBallot carries a next-generation vision.
A Trusted Platform for Secure & Transparent Voting.
We have gained our credibility through running a live pilot with SDFC for “Man of the Match” voting in their 2025 inaugural season, and also taking our vision to Washington D.C. where we shared SafeBallot with Congresswomen Latifah Simon and Young Kim, each step has strengthened our mission.
Along the way, we’ve also earned the endorsement of San Marcos Mayor Rebecca Jones (event). All of this reflects growing real-world validation — proof that SafeBallot isn’t just an idea, but a trusted platform actively shaping the future of secure and transparent voting.
SafeBallot also recently appeared on a public billboard in Woodland, California — marking an exciting milestone as the platform continues to grow and reach new communities.
